2 You will get our “best price” commitment.
Our commitment is to present an accurate estimate on your concept plans and preliminary schedule of allowances to protect your budget. This means that at Welcome Homes we commit to accuracy in our estimates.
If your final fixed price contract costs exceed 10% of the original preliminary estimation, provided they are built as per the original concept plans and preliminary schedule, then Welcome Homes will meet the financial costs if it exceeds 10% above the original preliminary estimation.
We commit to being accurate within 10% of our preliminary estimation.
